ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027

Online application from for admission to classes Lower Kindergarten (LKG) and Upper Kindergarten (UKG) will be available in the school website (www.sxcsccu.edu.in) in the month of July 2025 and August 2025 respectively.

Age criteria for obtaining the Application Form:
LKG: The boys born in the year 2022.
UKG: The boys born in the year 2021.

Cost of the Application Form: Rs. 1000/- (On thousand only). The payment is non-refundable.

Date of Verification: September-October 2025.

Documents for Verification on the day of Interaction:

1. Application Form
2. Acknowledgement/Payment Slip
3. Originals of –
a. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation,
b. Address Proof,
c. Social Category Certificate (if applicable),
d. Baptism Certificate (for Christian Candidates).

Documents to be submitted on the day of Verification and Interaction:

1. Application Form
2. Acknowledgement/Payment Slip
3. A Letter from the Parish Priest (for Christian Candidates)

Communication to the Selected Candidates:

No admission list will be published. The selected candidates will be informed by the SMS/email. The admission process is expected to be completed by the end of November, 2025.


Note:

1. The successful submission of the Application Form does not directly result in admission to St. Xavier’s Collegiate School.
2. The incomplete Application Forms, without family photograph and other relevant information will not be processed.
3. In the event of withdrawal of the candidate after the completion of admission process, no refund will be made under any circumstances.
4. Any misrepresentation of information in the Application Form will disqualify the candidate for admission. Such misrepresentation will result in the dismissal of the candidate at the later date, even if admitted.
5. Be aware of touts/middlemen who claim to represent the school for admission. The school will not be responsible for those who are deceived by such people.
6. Admission to classes 1 – 8 and 11 will be considered if there are vacancies.

Seminar on Consumer Affairs

The Economics students of Classes 11 and 9 had the privilege of attending an hour long, informative and entertaining seminar organised by the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal, on 4th of February 2016.We were made aware of Consumer Rights and their protection. The students of St. Xavier's Collegiate School whole-heartedly thank the Assistant Directors of the Consumer Affairs Department for taking time out of their busy schedule and addressing them.

Rangotsav

St. Xavier's Collegiate School in association with TTIS presented Rangotsav '14 - The festival of colours. 'Rangotsav', an interschool Hindi Cultural Fest for classes 11 and 12 was conducted in our national language - 'Hindi'. In Sanmarg, Chapte Chapte and Young Metro, this fest was highly appreciated. Rangotsav is all about promoting our national language. The fest was well organized and the participants had an awesome time. It was also a platform for the reunion of Hindi teachers.

Third Student Exchange

St. Xavier's Collegiate School, Kolkata for the third time carried forth this banner of peace and friendship across to Kunming, China in the form of the 3rd Student Exchange Programme, which lasted for ten days.Enthusiasm is the invisible source of energy that our students find so attractive and enthralling. We light the match and they will carry the torch. This Student Exchange Programme between Shida Fuzhong High School, Kunming, China and St. Xavier's Collegiate School.
