Payment of School Fees

1. To avoid standing in long queue for the payment of school fees, pay it online. Please log on to sxccampuscare.in
2. The school fees for an academic year (April to March) has to be paid on a quarterly basis.
   1. 1st quarter : April, May, June
   2. 2nd quarter : July, August & September
   3. 3rd quarter : October, November & December
   4. 4th quarter : January, February & March
3. No rebate is given for school vacation.
4. Fees paid will not be refunded even if the student does not attend class or leaves the school.
5. Fees has to be paid as long as students name are on the rolls.
6. Fees not paid entails a fine of ₹ 500 for every defaulting month.
7. Fees defaulters of a quarter are not permitted to the class in the following quarter and their names are liable to be struck off the rolls.
8. Due to unavoidable reasons fees may be increased during the current academics year. If so, parents will be duly informed.

Concession

1. Deserving students will be given fees concession in tuition fees. Concession is granted by the principal for the current academic year.
2. Concession availed of by misrepresentation of facts is liable to be cancelled.
3. Application form for concession is available at the principal's office. Duty filled forms must be submitted by 24 April 2025 for the current year.
4. Fee concessions may be renewed if the student's academic progress and application is satisfactory, and discontinued if unsatisfactory or repeats a class.
